We carry out our work practice in two main departments as corporate consultancy and dispute resolution.

Our corporate consultancy department provides a wide range of legal services under the main practice areas of banking & finance law (including financial leasing, financing and factoring legislation) mergers & acquisitions, corporate and commercial law and contract law.

Labour and social security law, intellectual property law and internet law are other areas for which we offer consultancy services. Besides, İçtem Legal provides legal consultancy services for possible investments of both domestic and international clients.

Our extensive experience has shown that regardless of your level of experience in contract law this must be supported by a solid dispute resolution experience. Having this dual know-how is essential for being able to identify specific risk areas in structuring investments in Turkey. For this reason, we have combined our experience in both fields within the scope of legal consultancy services we offer to our clients.
